AUTO ELECTRICAL


I.                   Introduction
Machines can be rotate to move the wheels to run smoothly and secure the necessary role of the electric.

A.    IGNITION SYSTEM
1.      ACCU, as a power source of all that existed at the car Combination.
a.       As a source of electric current combustion process, to turn the engine,
b.      For the first start the engine, as well as lighting.
2.      IGNITION SWITCH, as a liaison and electrical circuit breaker.
a.       ON : all systems through the electrical ignition related,
b.      OFF : accu whole relationship of the electrical system via the ignition key is lost,
c.       ACC : electric current from the batteries to the related accessories,
d.      ST : electric current from the batteries associated with the ignition system, accessories, and starter system.
3.      IGNITION COIL, single device that functions as a high voltage generator.
a.       When given the primary coil into an electric current through the primary coil positive terminal part to the negative terminal of secondary coil, the incident resulted in a magnetic iron core,
b.      Primary and secondary coils berinduksi each other, which terbangkit voltage on secondary coil formed on the spark plugs.
4.      DISTRIBUTOR, electricity distributor in the ignition system.
a.       Decided and connect the electrical current from the batteries to the primary coil,
b.      Distribute the high voltage electric current from the ignition coil to the spark plugs when the ignition order,

B.     Charging system
1.      ALTERNATOR, power plant as a supplier of batteries to meet all the needs of equipment that uses electric car.

c.       Flow rectifier comprises six diodes used to rectify electrical currents in the stator,
d.      Brush the media to channel the flow from the batteries into the rotor rotates through the slip sring.
2.      Dynamo amphere

b.      Given the current rectifier circuit is safe from backflow alternator, so it will be more durable.

C.    STARTING SYSTEM
1.      DINAMO STARTER, tools that work at the time of the starting system.

b.      Field coils made of copper plates for large electric currents flowing,
c.       Armature, composed of iron plates were prepared and given a round baffle,

2.      DIAGRAM STARTING SYSTEM

D.    Lighting system
1.      HEAD LIGHT
a.       Strength headlights for lighting must be high,
b.      To light a distance of not more than 100 m and clearly to see objects in front,
c.       Have the equipment to move the distance between the lamp with the lamp at close range.
2.      TAIL LIGHT, works to provide a sign on the car behind him that in front of another car.
a.       When you switch the lights on, then the flow of electric current from the batteries to light a number, city lights connected so it can light up,
b.      When electric current flow is lost then the rear lights, light a number, and city lights do not light up.
3.      STOP LIGHT, placement was in the back of the car, and made one with rear lights.
a.       Installation of the brake pedal is placed on mechanical,
b.      Uses lights to give a signal to stop the car behind that car in front braking,
c.       When the car braking the flow of electric current from the batteries to stop the mass is connected so That the lamp lights up,
d.      When the brake pedal is not removable flow of electric current from batteries, so the dead stop lights.
4.      TURN SIGNAL LIGHT, installed in the car at the right corner and left rear and front car.
a.       When the lights turned on the driver know that the lights work well,
b.      Strong lights and flashing. Frequency not blink too fast and slow.

Electrical automobile car is very important to the system, this system works in all cars electric field so that all parts of the car in aliri electric current can be worked out well.
