Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Finance and accounting:
- Supervise all accounting activities, with a particular focus on improving and enforcing internal controls and ensuring that full sets of accounts are properly maintained.
- Provide timely financial reports, cashflow management, tax computation, forecasting/budgeting and statutory reports
- Prepare profit and loss forecast and sensitivity analysis
- Work closely with subsidiaries and associate companies, auditors, tax consultants on various accounting and tax issues
- Cost accounting and control
- Budgeting and Reporting:
- Co-ordinate Budget and Forecast Process
- Analyse monthly Budget vs Actual variances
- Staff Management:
- Lead the change process to switch over to a new accounts system
- Ensure correct coding of expenses through providing clear guidance to staff
- Manage recruitment, training and appraisals for finance staff
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or investment related industry

- Managerial experience
- The suitable candidates for both positions should have the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in English and oral in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia
- High sense of responsibility and good organisational, coordination and time management skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours and travel to the field as needed
- Team player and able to work in a diverse cultural working environment
- Willing to relocate to Surabaya Indonesia and eligible to work in Indonesia
